the introduction:-

• Fambo website is one of the many websites that were established by Smart Services Portal L.L.C for E-SERVICES, and the Fambo is completely owned and managed by the Smart Services Portal L.L.C.

• Fambo acts as an electronic intermediary between tourism service providers and users in addition to the services that we provide and sell directly.

• Fambo has a strong and effective protection system against electronic attacks.

• Users’ data can not be accessed in any way except through the management of Smart Services Portal L.L.C. in accordance with the controls stipulated in Paragraph Six (6) of the Privacy Policy.

• The words (we – us – our – we) all belong to Vambo as a trade name for the service.

• The words (you – you – yours – him) all refer to the user who uses Fambo and its services.

• The words (paragraph – paragraphs – item – clauses – policies) all refer to what is stipulated in the privacy policy and usage policy from the introduction to the last letter in the policies.

• The words (program – programs – trip – trips – publication – topic) all refer to trips or tourist programs offered by Fambo or any of the companies that offer their programs through Fambo.

1- First time use of the website:-

All users should know that Fambo does not use cookies or any type of file that links the users or their devices to Fambo.

2- Browse Fambo and navigate between pages:-

There are no restrictions on any user from browsing Fambo and navigating between all pages, except for the control panel and all its features such as (messaging users – and the favorites list – completing reservations – etc..)

• Fambo does not impose any restrictions on any age group as Fambo does not include any content that may be inappropriate for any age group.

3- Opening a new account for the regular user (personal):-

All users can open an account in Fambo through the login window by verifying identity by entering their name, surname, phone number, email address and creating a password.

4- Opening a new account for companies (business):-

The mechanism for opening a new account for companies is exactly the same as the mechanism for opening a new account for an ordinary user, (read paragraph No. 3)

• In order for the business account user to have access to the business management control panel and open all its features and features, the company should communicate with us via e-mail and attached with the mail the commercial activity license, and after approval, the company’s account will be transferred from a personal account to a business account, and that Within a period not exceeding 24 hours after we receive the incoming mail.

 Fambo allows users to register a new account through (Facebook – Google) according to their terms of privacy protection, in this case, Fambo gets only the user name and email address.

5- Users Data:-

Through the data the user provides during the login process, Fambo gets the user name, phone number and email address.

• In the event of completing a purchase, Fambo obtains the data of the electronic payment method (after the user agrees to save the data of the payment method) in addition to the billing address.

• Fambo does not obtain any of the data mentioned in paragraph five (5) except with the consent of the user by submitting it to us with his full desire.

• The password is confidential and belongs to the user only and does not reach us in the same way as the other data mentioned in the fifth paragraph (5).

• The user data mentioned in the fifth paragraph (5) is completely protected and Fambo does not allow to expose the user’s data to infringement or dissemination in any way

• The user has the right to use his data in Fambo as he wants in terms of taking the actions allowed for the user in Fambo (communicating with other users – buying from Fambo – adding a comment to any post – etc..)

6- Fambo access to user data:-

The user data mentioned in the fifth paragraph (5) is saved and stored in the server of Smart Services Portal L.L.C, and the specialized employees have access to the users’ data, but according to the following controls:-

• The employee in charge of managing the server or the Fambo website is not allowed to open the user’s account under any circumstances.

• The employee responsible for managing the server or the Fambo website is not allowed to publish user data or expose it to abuse in any way.

• Smart Services Portal L.L.C very carefully with users’ data so that no employee in the company is allowed to access users’ data except through the concerned employee and after the approval of the administration.

• The employee in charge of managing the server or the Fambo is not allowed to make any changes of any kind to the user’s data, such as changing the profile picture, name, phone number, password, etc..

7- User Account Management (Personal – Business)
 
• The login is done through the email address and password registered with us or through a Facebook account or a Google account.
 
• Modification of personal data:-
 
 The user can modify some data from his control panel, such as the name, profile picture and bio at any time. As for the e-mail address, it needs our approval and the user must write to us and send the new e-mail address.
 
• change Password:-
 
 The user has the right to change the password at any time through his control panel.
 
• Loss of password, loss of e-mail address, or change of password through another person:-
 
 In the event of losing the password, the user can retrieve the password if he has access to his e-mail address, and in case the e-mail address is lost or inaccessible, the user must contact us by sending an e-mail and the case will be reviewed By the competent employee, and when we obtain a proof of ownership of this account for the user who reported the loss of the login data, the login data will be sent to the user via e-mail.
 
• Permanently delete the account and all user data:-
 
 The user has the right to permanently delete his account and data with Fambo at any time if he wishes to do so, by sending an e-mail message to the e-mail address designated to permanently delete user accounts, and the process will be processed within a period not exceeding 60 minutes from our receipt of the incoming mail.
 
8- Use of airline, hotel and car services:-
These services are provided and sold by us as an electronic broker.
 
• After transferring the user from Fambo to any external website, we act as an electronic broker to it. We are not responsible for the user data that he provides to the website of the company for which we act as an electronic broker.
 
• Any action that the user takes on the partners’ sites, we are not responsible for it in terms of the use policy and the privacy policy (partners have their own policies) that regulate the purchases of their services.
 
• We disclaim any responsibility for any purchase or any action taken by users who have transferred from Fambo to the websites of the partners for whom we act as an electronic broker.
